Non-violence and Effective Communication Skills

I have recently begun to try to get some non-violence programs implemented into the daily teachings in our Saginaw Public School District, in Saginaw, Michigan. I began by contacting the Envision Peace Museum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They sent me some links to some information and literature that is available about non-violence and effective communication. I am also looking into how to teach peer-mediation tactics, so as to teach the students how to be mediators themselves. I will keep you posted on my progress. God bless you. ~Nika
